Joker needs to do his research before he insults others, because context is absolutely crucial. He's held streams and videos detailing his discontent with the electoral college. He even made a video showcasing the system as unfair, archaic and indefensible. It's why using the "backdoor" of the NaPoVoInterCo to subvert the Electoral process would be an alternative to the more arduous political deadlock.
Joker needs to get his facts straight before insulting others. It makes him look like an idiot, which is preventable by doing cursory research.
