It is also interesting that communities of people will almost always form small outgroups that I like to call "The Niggers". For example the "skeets" in my local area would probably equate to similar behaviour to groups otherwise referred to "niggers".

Also IQ is almost entirely determined by genetics and can never be raised by more than a couple of points no matter how you try. IQ is the best indicator of potential success a person will have in life as it determines their ability to learn skills and gain wisdom. Low IQ people have almost no place in modern society and can be safely labeled useless apart from some isolated exceptions.
