i remember in school they had a "zero tollerance" policy

i bet they tolerated a bunch of fighting from the staff

There are so many schools who have had to close early int he year because they just can’t afford to keep themselves open for longer

And teachers begging parents for money for resources

yeah, i'm sure there's a lot of reasons for this tho

friend of mines kid got sent extra work to do after school... they though there might be something wrong with him so the went into the school to talk to the teachers... turns out the "problem" was that he was the only kid that spoke english, so he had to do the normal curriculum after school, because in the class they were teaching english

And regardless of funding

this was in north london

Many teachers are just burnt out from the environments

We are in a genuine danger

i say rip it down

Of not having enough teachers

If we don’t have anyone teaching our children we are so fucked

i don't think the institutions are built to work anymore
