and I would say it was a bigger problem... if they literally arent teaching kids anything

one of the bigger problems in the housing market (for new builds) that I noticed when looking around... was that they would build 200 houses or so... and pruposely not quite finish them off... so they say "theres only 2 available and not until next july" ... when you can clearly see 200 houses practically finished

Buying up the housing market works for the person doing it

But it really fucks the rest

And eventually that will fuck the country
