tbh tho, women should be put in their place, saudis got it right there
The HR council is a seperate entity.
It's totally not just a way for nations to push their own agenda
its a circle jerk
Regardless of who it hurts
So? @sirwoods
Are you some kind of meme lolbertarian?
I mean we can do that without a UN Soni don't see the point
Muh NAP guidance?
No I mean I am a libertarian but I'm not an ancap
I'm hearing that labour has over taken cons in the polls
Going looking for polls
If you look at history nations grouped together all the time to form a united front, look at the many wars of the coalition's
labour seems fucked tbh, shame the torys will win it
So? @sirwoods
Labour is pretty much hated and it has a split vote
Oh, its bollocks information
Just checked the polls
all the muslims will vote for labour, just to get the remaining pedos over here
JC is a fucking clown
I'm not calling it until the elections.
Labour seem like they were being to be wiped out last election.
Then may was may
Why shouldn't we be pushing our agenda onto others?
Other than the moral implications it doesn't really work, if you impose say democracy onto a people they will see it as a foreign imposition and likely be more against it before
what agenda is bing pushed nat?
When it comes to statecraft moral implications are a meme.
Yeah that's why I said other than moral ones
But isn't a government supposed to be for its people
What if we pushed for heavy investment into a country, then started influencing their politics from said investments?
What do say the people of the UK gain from exporting democracy? A bunch of dead soldiers and a load of wasted money?
Investment is completely fine
Depending on how it's implemented, a new regional partner, stability and economic benefits?
Actually it's a moral good
Yeah peaceful cooperation is good
So China using debt diplomacy in Africa is a "moral good"
Interesting.
No, say for example we invade a country, then install a puppet regieme
As historically we have done to massive success
Well debt diplomacy can only go so far if you have a decent country that has say a stable democracy
Since if they try to influence your country too much you can refuse to pay debts or confiscate stuff, but if it's purely peaceful and non coercive I don't see the problem
we cant even install a solid goverment here, let alone elsewhere, UK politics is a pisstake
