The Virgin network and the BT network
We do have a good few
Most companies you're thinking of, buy from BT
We have many ISP's
They're just using the BT infrastructure
Not their own
Not all
But to the consumer
it means different prices
Hardly different prices though
All I'm saying is that our current state of internet
is pretty good
It's not something that needs huge interfernce
its a waste of time
and resources
interference*
Theres one more, I think it's the one with the northan dude on the ads
sounds reasonable. when i hear stories about US prices i am stunned
it's not that bad here
apart from the speeds
Then there is smaller providers like Gigaclear who are not nationwide but regional startups
I can't remember the name of him
And hyper optic
Yah, theres like 20 other startups in london
And also another one in Milton Keynes providing giga speed for Vodafone
There is a lot happening in the UK networking market
It's got a fair amount of growth
It’s not that it’s a really bad and shit policy
CityFibre
It’s more that it’s completely pointless
And not needed
Our broadband is mostly fine, it needs some investment in rural areas, but is otherwise fine
What are you chatting? @PureEvilPie
The nationalise broadband thing
Compared to some in Europe it's falling behind @Eccles
That Corbyn has come up with
Oh yes
Pointless
It needs an overhaul and to be fully pushed to fibre
We don’t need an overhaul
