2018-10-11 21:10:35 UTC

Yeah depends on dude.

2018-10-11 21:11:27 UTC

If "romantic" is just gestures or actions of love, then obviously an Alpha can be romantic.

2018-10-11 21:12:08 UTC

Gomez Addams isnt beta but hes hopeless romantic. I aspire to be romantic like Gomez is. Nothing wrong with expressive gestures of affection to someone you have that close personal bond with.

2018-10-11 21:12:33 UTC

Is beta to do it for everyone you wanna bang. See that a lot.

2018-10-11 21:12:51 UTC

agreed ^^^

I think a *Romantic* man is part of the responsibility of being an Alpha Male because it is part of having Chivalry. In my opinion it’s necessary. I personally believe that an Alpha Male should know when to show affection because it is an essential ingredient in a relationship. With anything else they must be equally balanced.

All sounds nice

2018-10-11 22:03:18 UTC

Good thoughts

2018-10-12 17:02:23 UTC

I have a friend in a relationship with what I would call a sexual manipulator. He would state that she (and his ideal woman) is an Alpha Female. Is there such a thing as an Alpha female?

2018-10-12 17:05:23 UTC

@DasBoles Lolz, that was one of the questions I asked above. πŸ˜‚

2018-10-12 17:05:58 UTC

Let me copy what I wrote above for you.

2018-10-12 17:07:26 UTC

oh snap

2018-10-12 17:08:19 UTC

I only saw the question about being romantic.

2018-10-12 17:08:45 UTC

@DasBoles
If you are taking the definition of an alpha and a beta from a man and apply it to a woman... I would think being an alpha female is a good thing.

ALPHA = strength, righteousness, devotion
BETA = weakness, evil, in fidelity
An alpha female leads by example of what being a strong woman is. She is the definition of a virtuous woman.
To Autarchist CAL point, it is harder to raise an alpha female because of the emotional malleablity.
An ALPHA female is not fully alpha without an ALPHA male.

Yeah, Lolz, you have to scroll up quite a bit to see it.

2018-10-12 17:11:30 UTC

thats too much to ask, can't be bothered with "scrolling"

2018-10-12 17:11:51 UTC

2018-10-12 17:11:57 UTC

I gave you my answer above. Lolz

2018-10-12 17:12:12 UTC

thanks, thats a good answer.

2018-10-12 17:12:15 UTC

Other people had a great answers too!

2018-10-12 17:12:44 UTC

I'm trying to come up with a new question.....

2018-10-12 17:13:44 UTC

Can a relationship with a single mom be viable?

2018-10-12 17:13:56 UTC

Oooh good one!

2018-10-12 17:15:35 UTC

That can be asked about single dads too, (i think the answers are different)

2018-10-12 17:16:01 UTC

I think the answer is the same, honestly.

2018-10-12 17:16:15 UTC

I agree with Jesse to a certain extent.

2018-10-12 17:17:58 UTC

Single parents with children should only be with other single parents with children. Singles with no children fair better with singles with no children.
In this case, the adults have to put their selfish ways behind them and ensure that the bond between the child and the other biological parent is still good.

2018-10-12 17:18:48 UTC

However, there is complexity that comes with all of that when kids are involved. It would be a delicate balancing act.

2018-10-12 17:21:22 UTC

However, scripture does not talk about being the husband of multiple wives and kids and I think that is where Jesse is getting that from.

2018-10-12 17:22:08 UTC

Anyway, in short, it is viable but very difficult. It must be done right.

2018-10-12 17:24:18 UTC

2018-10-12 17:25:22 UTC

I guess it gets more nuanced as well if you consider if they had this child out of wedlock or if there was a marriage.

2018-10-12 17:27:38 UTC

Also you are probably right, no real difference between a single mom and single dad.

2018-10-12 17:28:11 UTC

single parents should strive to be one and raise their children legitimately.

2018-10-12 17:28:54 UTC

By getting into a relationship with either, you are an interference to that process.

2018-10-12 17:30:09 UTC

So yeah, no real nuance either. Sometimes I speak too soon with whatever frivolous ideal pops into my head. I'm trying to overcome that.

2018-10-12 17:50:53 UTC

I have a question that just spawned from your response. But I will wait till everyone answers your question first. @DasBoles

2018-10-12 17:51:12 UTC

That is a pretty good answer you have. I agree to it!
