She's a scientist, and not physically imposing. Kinda short and thin. Its what she can do with the suit that makes her as powerful and terrifying as she is.

I also see her valuing mobility a lot since the suit itself doesnt need bulky armor, only the chestpiece to hold the reactor

Really a costume should fit the character and without knowing much about them it's hard to say. I personally don't like the lines from the crotch down the leg. I'd leave it bare or put the hexagons on the hips and have it down down the side.

as for personality, she's very quite arrogant and egocentric, but the thing that's most visible in her behavior is an extreme level of sadism.
