Halo MCC on steam , modern warfare, fallout 76 based and redpilled edition

Where were you when the gaming industry was saved

2019-11-11 07:14:52 UTC

At home, playing videogames

2019-11-11 07:14:58 UTC

But that was many years ago

2019-11-11 07:15:40 UTC

Btw I tried Outer Worlds

2019-11-11 07:15:55 UTC

Something about the game makes my eyes want to jump out of their sockets

2019-11-11 07:16:24 UTC

It features the same weird slimy sheen and massive eyestrain that NMS did

2019-11-11 07:16:45 UTC

And I very, very rarely get eyestrain. Here, I have to stop after like 40 minutes.

2019-11-11 07:19:56 UTC

Quite a lot of new games are trying out the weird semi-psychadelic color theme

2019-11-11 07:20:16 UTC

@Xaverius the issue was probably the fact for some UNGODLY REASON the aim point is lowered from the center of the screen

2019-11-11 07:21:04 UTC

bl3 has a setting that enables/disables it

2019-11-11 07:21:12 UTC

you see that lower one?

2019-11-11 07:21:19 UTC

***thats where its centering your aim***

2019-11-11 07:21:25 UTC

I don't think that is the reason, but why the fuck

2019-11-11 07:21:27 UTC

i miss the times when games journos complained about endless gray and sepia

2019-11-11 07:21:32 UTC

I DONT KNOW

2019-11-11 07:21:43 UTC

My friend say New Vegas was “Too brown.”

2019-11-11 07:21:48 UTC

bl3 is fine with it, because its a setting that you can turn on and off

2019-11-11 07:22:01 UTC

Fallout 4s color scheme is unironically right

2019-11-11 07:22:06 UTC

^

2019-11-11 07:22:15 UTC

One of the forum posts I found was all big-brain "hey, it's a different star than our sun, so the colour is a bit different"

Yea I don't think that is the cause for physical eye discomfort

2019-11-11 07:22:32 UTC

f3 also looked really nice

2019-11-11 07:22:50 UTC

sickly gray with hints of green

2019-11-11 07:22:57 UTC

fo3?

2019-11-11 07:22:59 UTC

ye

2019-11-11 07:23:06 UTC

eh

2019-11-11 07:23:24 UTC

The green filter every where actually did make me sick

2019-11-11 07:23:40 UTC

Is there a saturation option in the Outer Worlds menus? You might be able to make the colors less bright.

2019-11-11 07:23:48 UTC

Nah

2019-11-11 07:24:07 UTC

if there isnt an option to change that fucking centering, there probably isnt

2019-11-11 07:24:17 UTC

tbh if the dialogue and the perk/skill system weren't so shit in fo4 it would have been 10x better

2019-11-11 07:24:19 UTC

Do they not have mod support <:smugon:512048583806025739>

2019-11-11 07:24:21 UTC

even with shitty story

2019-11-11 07:24:25 UTC

yeah

2019-11-11 07:24:43 UTC

Just wait around till people make enb settings mods

2019-11-11 07:24:46 UTC

I felt like FO4 was a fun-sponge

2019-11-11 07:25:04 UTC

I turned chromatic aberration off (*WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU PUT THAT THERE YOU TARDS IF I WANT CHROMATIC ABERRATION I'M GONNA PLAY THROUGH THE LONG END OF A TELEPHOTO LENS* <:sargone:465483910638469131> ). Apparently that helped some people - not me though. It did help with things being lookable at though. Also tried to fuck around with AA, but to no great avail.

Mind you, none of those are settings in the actual game, they're ini tweaks for UE itself.

2019-11-11 07:25:18 UTC

if someone could make a mod to rework the skills like older fallouts and add actually good sidequests
