Because events add limited skins and other lesser cosmetics that you can't grind

You have to pay for them, in some cases you had to pay for the privilege of grinding 👌

but they added Hera, who has Karthus passive and Varus ultimate, Cu Chulainn who has Gnar passive and rage meter (transforming at a certain point for a new kit), etc

They seemed alright at first, but then they rigged them so the free premium currency youget as a login bonus is barely enough to get the battle pass. Also started shitting them out every two months or so as opposed to three

So that's why I don't play Paladins anymore. Fucking jews.

Well, they can't have you going around spending the premium currency you get from logins, right? In Paladins you have to buy into the battle pass and as they're every two months you have barely enough crystals to do that, *if* you farm all the levels of the pass and get some of the crystals back.

But for reference, their old 'pass' model was one pass for 400 gems (like 5 euros) that lasted for the entire year, rewards given on every level even if they werent great rewards every time, to then be 3 400 gem passes per year with a few 'free' items (that you could never reach because the points you got were worth fuck all) to now have 6 battle passes per year, each costing 600 gems
