just a bath with lots of good stuff in it that absorb through your skin and help you remove inflammation, heat the body up, rid of toxins, and much more depending on what you put in it.
I put lots of herbs and things in my really hot bath, a few of the things I put in are turmeric, activated charcoal, and high quality essential oils
