I'm pretty sure you could simulate the darkest possible black on computer, but reality is more difficult.
Nevertheless, I'm not going to be the autist to say that black shirt is in fact really really dark grey at such a level that it matches no normal understanding of the colour grey.

This is just common definitions vs scientific definitions, like how a tomato is classified as a vegetable by dieticians and a fruit by botanists, neither is wrong they're just using different aspects of the classification system because that's what's best for their particular field.
