so they claim they did it,

and B claims that someone else

said they did it

B claims he heard it from C
who claimed to be he heard it from A

so A is saying everything,

I'm not even 100% that A claimed he said there was QPQ

This is pretty cool for seeming potential low cost and ease of creation

because this could totally be a "it's a lie but if I cover my ass in this way I can't be in trouble for it because I never said it"

this is just saying "yeah i think this guy, was told by a friend: a friend that i told, what was also told by me to this friend,

which really just boils down to

"I said something"

"Supposedly this guy knows I said something"
