It's probably also because jesse had mastered his emotions, and probably hasn't been angry or stressed out in 50 years, that can do wonders for your health and how old you look

I'll find the pictures I have of kids from WW2 before and after the war

They look like normal kids before the war, and after the war they all look like a 70 year old man in a kids body, incredible what stress among other things does to your body
