NATO is like... idk... is germany in nato
id imagine so
NATO is all of western europe
and Turkey
for some reason
See.... Im kind of like... maaannn
with the way the EU is...
if they make an EU army like they want, and start projecting their power
then want us to help because of NATO. im like eeehhhh
I mean all of europe is basically 4th reich 2.0
I mean Turkey is obvious because unlike most of western Yurip they have a military.....
their power would still be laughable at best
Yeah I mean everyone is. I meant compared to other ally nations they are relatively strong. Comparing anyone to the US military is just silly.
I was referencing UnScotts comment
if all of europe created an EU army they would still be but a blip on the radar
The scale is all off. In open water 2 carrier battle groups (we have 10) out gun the combined naval assets of the planet.

the entire world could go to war with us and no one would come within 100 miles of our shorelines
thats true... but im more worried that they try to use treaties and etc like nato
to try and rope us into their conflicts
100 miles is optimistic. When we decided to become involved in affairs outside of the Western Hemisphere it meant logistical projection across the largest oceans on the planet. Since then when we fight we fight on the other side of the planet and across the ocean.
For America the 'front line' is always 1000+ miles away from America.
kek
the frontlines for america is wherever we want them to be <:coolgon:549370575701803019>
Yes they are. I don't say that as a rah-rah fo 'Merica thing. It's just an observation of fact. We have to deal with that and the world **we** made of that.
i say that as a rah rah fo merica

No it is a real responsibility. The world was built on over half a century of American hegemony. I'm not talkin g about IPhones but many places only have food or fuel because they built themselves on a system we made.
That means we are responsible.
pfft
lets be honest
these savages wouldnt have electricity if it wasnt for us
Sure I mean they are Swedes and even worse.
But they built their entire world on the assumption that we would be there. We won't. But I think that, while leaving, we should at least try to tecach them how to be better.
I dont know... I feel like we have tried long enough right?
We've given them technology... ideas... and etc etc. on and on
I'll change the subject for a bit: I've got something Hilarious to share
A few months ago, my Church suffered a Split and lost about 50% of its congregation due to "The Arguement"
(Homosexuality)
wow, slow to the party
