I would generally agree if not for geography. To really fuck Yurip the Russians have to march through the Intermarrium where people actually carry their own weight and *act like allies*. Maybe I am tooo sympathetic but I think those are valuable allies.

100 miles is optimistic. When we decided to become involved in affairs outside of the Western Hemisphere it meant logistical projection across the largest oceans on the planet. Since then when we fight we fight on the other side of the planet and across the ocean.

For America the 'front line' is always 1000+ miles away from America.
