1) The Xenoi families are the foundation of the server and as such must determine the trajectory of the server's future.
2) Athenian persons should be isolated from the Xenoi population in dedicated communities in recognition of their distinct nature. The future of the Athenian race is to be decided after they have been isolated from Xenoi society.
3) Meme security has proven to be our server's greatest weakness in the days of the Great Meme War. As such government must assure subsidies for meme farming and encourage the Xenoi families to engage in it freely and easily wherever possible.
4) In appreciation of the value that Xenoi women bring into the server, we must encourage and facilitate their dedication to the traditional female tasks they excel at. The burden of power and leadership must be spared from a population already bearing the responsibility of child-rearing and maintaining every-day social cohesion.
5) The position of Strategos has proven unsuited to serve the Xenoi people in its current form. As much as we do not question the need for a head of server, we believe an elected leader, a chancellor of sorts, should take over most of the non-representational functions of the Strategos (allowing the latter to enjoy and serve the distinguished role of the server's living symbol) as well as some other server powers in order to ensure the good functioning of the server in these times of diplomatic isolation.
