idk if advertising is correct
and don't want to debate on their business model
but it should be taxed
if it was impartial i might have a different opinion, but it's not anymore. so fuck them. you want to carry around an agenda then get your supporters to pay for it
yah
and they've decided to expand their revenue by going for the oldies again
so
like
they're not a public service anymore
We just need to abolish the BBC
yah
advertising
or
fees
or subscription
what ever it is
it needs to not be a legislative issue anymore
Just allow significantly more people to opt out
drop the live tv thing, it would be fair then
but they wont, obviously
Allow people to use all the normal stuff and then offer the BBC as an extension to it that you can pay for
i think it dates back to when the BBC maintained all the broadcast equipment
idk about y'all, but i don't use bbc broadcast equipment
these days its supposed to fund the content
oh yes
ru pauls drag race
such good funding
and the wall to wall anti brexit news
There was a petition to get rid of the BBC that the government responded to
"The Government is therefore committed to ensuring the BBC continues to deliver high quality, distinctive content for all audiences. That is why we have guaranteed the licence fee level will increase with inflation until 2022."
Sorry, all I heard is "SILENCE KAFIR".
2022 abolish bbc
farages next game
"... 202**4.**"
why 2024?
Because BBC moved the Goalposts.
I'm surprised the Conservatives haven't offered to abolish it
:^)
It would probably be quite a popular move
well, the cons are a centre party
Think about some of the votes it could get them
