Frm my understanding the supreme court is the highest legal authority in the UK since they abloished the Law Lords. When they unlawfully exceed their remit there is only one court higher, ECHR.

The Supreme court should only be able to decide if a case is judiciable if 3/4 national high courts have deemed it justiciable.
