Order of council, EU Court hold up are two we know of
Then there are any we may not know of
You know full well the entire court system is a captured entity and will act to keep us within the EU at all costs
Plus of course the implications of a ruling on separation of powers
Which have already been eroded
So yeah
looks like thomas cook is saved after all
This ruling is important
Ruling is important, but not to brexit
It's already a done deal
Well of course its important to brexit
It will erode the power of the executive for one
Which if a delay is sought
Will definitely hurt brexit
So yeah
Plus don't be so narrow minded
We have life after brexit you know
So yes
Ruling important
I'm not being narrow minded, i'm pointing out that there isn't a grey area - the courts will rule against a no-deal brexit
Did I predict an outcome
I said it was important
The courts were degraded and captured before brexit, they will still be after
You're making a point tangential to the debate
The debate is "Is the ruling important" not "what will the ruling be"
Well I don't think the ruling is important
So you don't believe erortion of the separation of powers is important?
Already happened
More can happen
Nobody cared last time, they won't care now
Again
Not the debate
Sure it is, you claim it's important
It only appears important to you
For everyone else it's self-evident and changes nothing
It's like "Yes, the house is still on fire"
Right so yours acting on perception
And me on reality
There is currently no orecident for the courts to speak on the behalf of the executive
This would generate that precident
