when I worked at a college I wasnt into politics at all... and all the stuff that was happening didnt even register at the time... this was like 15yrs ago... when they introduced a "diversity department"

but when I think back... knowing a bit more about the politics of it all... it was really bad

they got rid of the headmaster and got a new one that was "more inclusive" ..

its not like the college wasnt diverse or welcoming to anyone... in fact it had no identity politics at all
