It would, Some people are forced into Islam because their liberty is reduced by their Parents who force them into Islam, Once that is stopped and people are free to critique Islam, Numbers of Islamic people would drop
Under Libertarianism people would be allowed to critique Islam and wouldn't be arrested for 'Hate Speech' which would convince some people to move away from Islam and what i mean is that Parents in our current society are given the ability by the state to essentially indoctrinate their kids into Islam, Stopping that and increasing Liberty for kids would prevent that
