people can get a license to grow ? how much can they grow?
You have to prove that you smoke X quantity, to avoid being charged with traffic
etc.
so if you conceal it from public view you can grow as much as you want?
ah ok....but there are seed companies there, too, no?
Not as much as you want, it has to be a reasonable quatity that you can prove is for yourself and only yourself
Yes, but they sell them as "collectable seeds"
It's not legal to sell seed for the purpose of growing them
aha... that's interesting. no licences required?
Laws regarding cannabis in spain are a mess
I think certain places such as private clubs can get a license
ah ok
but if you're just an individual who wants to grow for yourself, as long as you keep it away from public places and don't grow a lot you usually are ok
i heard there was a solar powered revolution beginning to happena nd then the govt tax the shit out of residences going off grid to put a curb on it...is that right?
yep
that sucks
Impuesto al sol
Basically, "sun tax"
hm...s o i heard. pretty evil
Well, just look at our finances minister
He's basically Mr Burns personified
wew
yeah, that sun tax is really obscene
That could be hardly justifiable
shame
still have some of those abandoned villages out in spain withviable potable water supplies, going cheap eh? people left as the electricity and telephone companies wouldnt hook em up?
those usually get occupied by people who want to live more humble lives, by themselves
communes, basically
set up a vineyard and cannabis production outlet...would pay for itself over a few years...
might be quite productive political nodes
A vineyard? that's not as easy as it sounds
better than average squatting culture
Those aren't squatters
It's not the same
well, it'd take some years....but could transplant from existing vineyards
yes, and what are you going to do if they freeze?
you can't put your eggs in one basket with things like that
what those guys do is, for example
i met a lot of spanish commune living people...better than a lot of western euro comparatives but still seemingly a bit random
they fix roofs or houses that don't get access to electricity with traditional tools
