If equal pay for women is achieved (never will imo) we go on to ask for equal pay for black women, then for gay black women and soon handicapped black women who are gay will ask for equal pay.

equity is the whole platform for the *equality* argument

of course they won't call it equity

no equity is not equal outcome

because people would be largely against it

equity is fair entrance

It is in the context it's being peddled to us

so if somethign is equitable then you are judged on your merrits

and rewarded accordingly

People see one race/gender making more and they demand equity
