One oart of it that I thought was cool is the hologram example they give, drop three pebbles into a bowl of water, flash freeze it so the ripples are frozen in place on top, now take a pure source of light, a laser, shine it onto the ice, you will see the thre pebbles suspended in the center of the ice, a hologram

Now drop that hologram on the ground, break it into little pieces, hit one of those pices with your light, it will still display the three little pebbles
