The tenacity of people can outlast any plan against them. 1 million naked fanatics could take over the world right now, if they were driven enough. It is all about dedication, which no human culture has yet perfected.
Japs were close. But then is a special connection, a collective one, that a whole race must understand in their most basic mind. Japanese were the closest to this understanding, in my view. I cry sometimes thinking about what was lost.
