@Deleted User If the basis of faith is tradition, then it is a temporary thing. According to pragmatism, the non-rational will increasingly fall away. Man may not be ready for it, yet, but if we ought to be as effective as possible, it can be predicted that faith will fall away, just like irrational traditions will. This is just the optimised scenario. One cannot put too much weight on tradition over other things, especially when it inevitablly holds back future success.
