If you think "a black person is more likely to do x" you have denied their free humanity. Whatever they do is a choice in reaction to their material circumstances, NOT due to their race, ethnicity, or ancestry

When the poorest whites end up commiting less crime than the richest blacks race does seem to be a pretty blatant factor

Again I'm not saying its the only factor in the way a person or group behaves but it is still real none the less.

that's actually not true (I'll look for the proof give me a minute) blacks get CAUGHT for crimes more often, but they COMMIT them the same as whites when u control for other variables

If that's true than it means they're less capable of evading notice when doing something wrong, not that the cops are out to get all of them.

If more blacks get caught commiting crimes than whites its pretty obvious they TEND to be less capable of avoiding getting caught.

I would say they just commit more crimes but whatever.

if race has a causal effect on a person's proclivity to commit crimes rather than a coincidental correlation caused by and reinforced by material circumstances, then people are not free- there is some inherent part of a person which is subject to factors (their race) outside of their control
