now if you work at the imaginary power plant and every worker just got a five percent pay cut you might organise a strike because you would be angry at the pay cut

2019-08-04 19:20:19 UTC

the workers are the ones maintaining the power plant, ergo making the money

2019-08-04 19:20:25 UTC

they are entitled to every last penny

2019-08-04 19:21:13 UTC

Nail you being a faggot in here too?

2019-08-04 19:21:37 UTC

Don't you have some Pakistani rape gangs to feed your young ones too or something anglo?

2019-08-04 19:22:12 UTC

now imagine you are the CEO. if they company is in debt should everyone take a five percent pay cut or should you lay off five percent of the workforce. lets say if the company is 10,000 people. 500 people would be on the dole. but those 500 people never knew that was on the table. they automatically assume the company is being greedy which sometimes they are but not every time. there is always a balance. so my question to you is would you lay off 500 or cut the pay by 5 percent. also @(っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ doom clit ♥ today im making an effort to be rational. i want to hear a debate not a list of soundbites. I welcome your side of the story

2019-08-04 19:22:40 UTC

> today im making an effort to be rational.

Not a very good one, we're still feeding you @Monolith 's girl dick

2019-08-04 19:22:45 UTC

now start sucking

2019-08-04 19:22:50 UTC

The thing is

2019-08-04 19:22:58 UTC

Companies like that dont exist in Socialism

2019-08-04 19:23:02 UTC

>now imagine you are the CEO

I kill myself for being porky

2019-08-04 19:23:12 UTC

it doesnt matter if the company is in debt

2019-08-04 19:23:16 UTC

not the employee's fault

2019-08-04 19:23:16 UTC

Thats a capitalist only problem

2019-08-04 19:23:50 UTC

the common man shouldn't have to suffer for the mishaps done by someone who steals from them

2019-08-04 19:24:00 UTC

right here in todays world. not tomorrow gun to your head what would you do. lay off 500 or cut the pay by 5 percent

2019-08-04 19:24:19 UTC

it's like having your house burglarized and then the state told you to pay for the robber's lawyer

2019-08-04 19:24:25 UTC

Let the dude shoot me cuz im porky

2019-08-04 19:25:10 UTC

Im not gonna cut the pay of someone who hasnt done anything wrong or lay off someone for that matter

2019-08-04 19:25:15 UTC

Let the company sink

2019-08-04 19:25:32 UTC

Its the CEO's fault, not the workers

2019-08-04 19:25:37 UTC

most of these lay offs and pay cuts are only done to secure the position of the CEO

2019-08-04 19:25:41 UTC

at the expense of the workforce

2019-08-04 19:25:42 UTC

see its a difficult question. but lets assume he cuts they pay. if they go on strike 1,000,000 people lose power. should the needs of 10,000 outweigh 1,000,000?

2019-08-04 19:25:58 UTC

should the need of 1 outweigh the needs of 10,000?

2019-08-04 19:27:00 UTC

but here is the thing. lets use swimming as an example I go swimming three times a week as a hoby. so it is at my own expense

2019-08-04 19:27:50 UTC

if i trained two hours a day everyday i could be a professional in my local area. hear me out on this one

2019-08-04 19:28:30 UTC

if I swam eight hours a day everyday i could be an international professional.

2019-08-04 19:29:32 UTC

this relates to CEO's because there is probably a fair amount of people who swim three times a week so should i be paid as much as micheal Phelps? obviously not

2019-08-04 19:31:27 UTC

if Michael Phelps knew that when he took up swimming if he would only get paid the same as some English kid perhaps he might not have done if professionally. maybe maybe not only Michael Phelps can answer that. but its probable

2019-08-04 19:32:52 UTC

now I Totally get your point for example a few men bought the English shop walworths and sold off all its assets for personal profit. stripping a company for money is wrong.

2019-08-04 19:36:11 UTC

but most people are not good. they are not bad. they are just trying to get by. so most CEO's are just run of the mill ordinary people. but if we remove the incentive to become a CEO ( higher pay ) why go to yale, work thirty years to just be paid marginally more than a worker. just become the foreman so that's how labour shortages happen. also if you could be paid for doing the same job far more in another country why not just move. that is also how a brain drain happens

2019-08-04 19:37:37 UTC

if you get paid three dollars to walk a Golden retriever one mile. now another person will pay you thirty dollars to walk a Labrador which dog would you walk?

2019-08-04 19:37:59 UTC

but please i do want to hear your side of the story

2019-08-04 19:52:07 UTC

You do know communism isn't about equal pay for different jobs

2019-08-04 19:53:16 UTC

so you as a CEO and me as a factory floor worker. how much should you be paid more than me. two times. three. ten. one hundred. on thousand. what?

2019-08-04 19:53:52 UTC

I do know it is not all communism but historically is has been one part of it

2019-08-04 19:54:09 UTC

@DOLBATIC but please what is your take on this

2019-08-04 20:02:19 UTC
2019-08-04 20:03:58 UTC

logan paul is my dad

2019-08-04 20:09:33 UTC

@One Fire One Nail what does the CEO do in order to rationally deserve all that much more pay?
