Even in athens you know that they didn't always vote on every issue.

They had certain individuals that went up to the floor every time to represent certain ideologies

Because the athenians had way more involvement of the people in elections then we do

They will also join right wing servers to spread their strawmans to other right wingers making them loose debates to leftist.
