I won't deny that. But it's not that the people didn't want it at the same time.
We didn't want it until capitalism propagandized it to us
In magazines and tv and radio
Capitalism is more than just industry
It's also commerce
The ads we see uses negative psychology to manipulate us
Ways of distributing our wealth
Barter system was better
through our labor through a means of exchange
The adoption of international Fiat currency allows for corruption tenfold
Money today literally doesn't exist
Yes, won't deny that at all
yes you are right
It has value because it does
That's what it is now
that is why I hate the current system
Going off the gold standard
I remember learning about the "cross of gold speech"
Which effectively ended the gold standard
Embrace ancapistan
Money is the greatest innovator, money is the greatest motivator
We mexico now
@Kyger we're trying to be seriously
Warlord™ States when
Anarcho Capitalism is serious
It would just result in Corporate entities likely taking up the mantle of government
Yes, devaluing the currency, makes it nearly impossible to exchange goods at reasonable and not mention it's theft.
Now it's gotten even more complicated because currency value isn't necessarily a static thing.
Like if you see digital stuff and lot more where the value is disputed.
Makes me think more, skeptically about the market as a whole.
This was my previous paragraph don't confuse
I mean fiat currency allows Chinese manipulation of currency
yes, the Chinese are also involved. It's a scam really. Just a race on who can print more money, but not provide necessary value for in goods or services.
Which we can fairly exchange
So we don't lose anything
It's a win win
situation if it was the reverse
I hate when people say that if we raise minimum wage companies would just raise prices. Which is dumb because until the 70s we'd literally be able to keep up and actually manage inflation
Productivity is still breaking records
We'd have over 250,000 a year in wages
If you raise the minimum wage like that what do you think is the most likely response from companies
cutting into profits, firing to make up for the costs or raising prices to pay for it
Or we can actually force companies to not price gauge
