We r already doing transhumanism stuff

And as the technology progresses its just inevitable that we will be able to control every part and aspect of our body

Now the question of how it's used is important

Like there was a TV show where only rich people could afford implants and gene editing

And that just simply made them richer and richer and more investments into that tech

So society as a whole will need to deal with it
