Bad way of interpreting it in a dialectical sense
Dialectics just shows capitalism has contradictions that will cause it to end and be replaced like all past systems etc
Eventually
But
Radical centrist time, but I do support social democracy where you have a little of both
I'm concerned more about what's going to replace it
Žižek says humanity will just figure out what to do after capitalism
Capitalism + care for the elderly, child care, education, health care and workers' compensation, that's what I support

Social Democracy doesn't go far enough
Basically a bandaid over a gunshot wound
How so? What's missing?
You have to deal with increasing automation which drives value down over time until profit is unsustainable
Also the master slave dialectic that still exists
You are taking a hypothesis which have actually been played out several times through history, in a good way
Destroy Automated machines, Luddite gang
I'll take the german ruhr area as my example of choice
99% automation is unsustainable under capitalism
So the system will dissolve and production will be for need instead of profit, and life will go forwards
I'm on about the fact that to make production cheaper capitalism automates it, and eventually automation will take over most jobs
That's not a bad thing either
Ok NEET
Well bad for the people out of jobs until UBI kicks in
Are you talking about ALL jobs? Like how do you want to automate everything and why would people ever agree with that
There are several things that can only be done by humans
😳
Automation will take up the entire market if we aren't careful
The people do not agree with it, but it is increasingly being done
Just let it happen
Can u give a example where deindustrialisation is not the solution
For these increasingly automated jobs
Why would we deindustrialize
I'd rather not become a NEET
Thats moving back, not forward
Being unemployed isn't progress lmao
You're literally creating an artificial slave class
I'm not talking about destroying factories, i'm talking about shifting the work done by people from the second to the tertiary sector
The service industries
Doesn't matter in a society where jobs are automated and you get what you need and are free to pursue your own goals @Deleted User
