@Korewa Krusader more than the question of IQ, I focus more on, the right ideas or culture not progressed in society. Which could lead to greater flourishing.
Everyone's IQ isn't always necessarily high and there are certain people who are trying to link progress with IQ which I think is Fallacy.

I believe more social conditions and the kind of intellectual development leads to flourishing and progress. Regardless of race
Though culture is very hard part to take out, so for that I give the victory to those who want to return to their identity.
