Lol shit
Armson occluded eye gun sight
The shooter aims with both eyes open and the post is superimposed onto the target, both being in focus. The OEG on the Y2 is designed as an aid to range estimation, the post being equal to the height of a man at 200 metres. It is also fitted with tritium illumination for low light operation which has a life of at least ten years. The range quadrant is graduated in 25 m increments.
Thats what i can find out maybe email armson?
It's almost finished just the scope and buttstock needs some detail and that's about it
Will probably jump back onto it to finish it after the G6 Rhino is at the same detail level as the Ratel, Buffel and Casspir
I'll maybe send another email to Milkor or maybe contact them on social media if they're on there
And see if I can get a reference for the sight picture
Anyone got some info about the G6 and its mk's?
Since the various references I have reveal differences and inconsistencies between them.
Differences are mostly chamber size and barrel length
Going to be interesting when I start sculpting the character models.
I'll have to pay attention to the differences in equipment such as webbing and helmets.
These guys are obviously late war wearing pattern 83 battle jackets and carrying R4's
Another late war presentation of equipment
This is definitely early war with the Bedford RL truck. Still looking for a blueprint for this vehicle. Going to be interesting to model with all those curves 😩
Another early war pic pattern 70 kit? and R1's.
Same as above
Cassinga with classic Staaldak helmets and pattern 70 webbing.
Trying to finish the Milkor MGL once and for all.
Got the folding stock correct this time finally... Only the buttplate needs to be curved which I'll sort out tomorrow.
I also merged the front cylinder with the barrel. Before they were three separate parts
Also trying to make higher quality work in progress renders
Not for the mod, just for fun I followed an old tutorial on modeling this shotgun just to brush up on some modeling techniques I may have forgotten.
This is the Ithaca M37 Shotgun.
