imo, others would not age a day, but if you're in a time-loop (ie. only you yourself), then you can either be aging or not

the common assumption was that we don't age while we're in a time-loop since everything essentially reset after 24h

Well when the time loop ends everyone who wasn't in the time loop will just have aged one day

Well that's kind of like saying if you time travel back one year and then get to the end of the year, then you time travel back one year again that means you didn't age

I think repeating a day for a year would drive me insane, but create some great inspiration afterwards to get to doing things rather than lie in bed for 80% of the day.

But during that day you could do an infinite number of different things, so you would never get bored.

And then after the year you move on to the next day, so you could over that whole year figure out how to become a millionaire from testing different things so you come out of the year better off. You could learn an infinite amount of skills, basically do anything

I don't think that'd be a fair assessment, you'd have a major advantage over others, and God likely doesn't follow the same rules as the cycle. I'd say that it just restarts on the next day
