CCP virus is a different name from Chinese virus, that was part of the joke behind the meme

One of the reasons it listed was "CCP is not a race"

you can plop it into a video editing software and hike up the playback speed. i use blender software. highly recommended

first off love the meme. second off, I saw somethin before the purge with the same speech and it sound like DR Hayden from DOOM Eternal, so I finished DOOM and it never happened, and the music even sounded DOOM-y. Do you know where the speech originates?

Their are apps (different platforms, different options) that can help you with that. Just search the app store on your device for something that edits videos. You should be able to find something free.
