i was teaching home owners there for a while how to fix their own homes and how to get the best materials without having to get 'kits' via mainstream outlets(blowes and home defect)

i did journyman work on various construction fields ...good pay but u need to be young and able to move on them with ease

later went into handyman sub contracting but then the city clamped down on such work

which is why i went into teaching home owners how to fix up their own shit...which was legal and not regulated insanely

using old school methods

So how do you charge for a service like that? Per hour? One time fee for course?

whole job fee...varies on the task and the home owner involvement and their level of stupidity

So you're basically fixing stuff and if they want to learn you'd teach them on the side
