A friend and I are writing a season right now, and we're having trouble finding where to put action scenes. Normally it comes easy for us. But because we want it to be more emotionally driven, finding a good spot to have a fight scene is hard.

@MofoDoggo, OK, I will ping you at the start of the next 3 sprints.
Depends on the type of action scene?
My problem with action scenes is I can never finish enough writing to get to the first one.
Have you tried opening a story in media res (in the middle of things)? It's a good way to practice writing action pieces. Sometimes, it even sets an entire story in motion.
