@MofoDoggo, OK, I will ping you at the start of the next 3 sprints.

Depends on the type of action scene?

2021-02-25 18:57:59 UTC

My problem with action scenes is I can never finish enough writing to get to the first one.

2021-02-25 19:22:33 UTC

Have you tried opening a story in media res (in the middle of things)? It's a good way to practice writing action pieces. Sometimes, it even sets an entire story in motion.

Normally we have them fight the villain or some of the villain's goons. But this season is much more isolated than the last ones.

2021-02-25 22:13:10 UTC

Ah. I see I grabbed the wrong end of the stick again. Care to let me in the know? 😃

2021-02-25 22:33:36 UTC

This season we're putting the characters on an island. They go there to find secrets about one of the character's past. They find out the character's father is on the island and is evil.

2021-02-25 22:34:13 UTC

The villain wants to wage war on the gods after becoming a fallen god himself

2021-02-26 02:12:52 UTC

My book went live on Amazon guys, it's a satirical joke book, and it's empty. Any of y'all wanna give it a positive review to help get it out there <:KEK:795742276549607456>

2021-02-26 18:34:24 UTC

What's the name of it?

2021-02-26 23:51:36 UTC

My friend and I need to write a funeral scene. We want it to have elements of a viking funeral without it being a viking funeral. Can anyone give ideas?

2021-02-27 05:28:17 UTC

Leave the body in a building and burn it down?

2021-02-27 05:41:57 UTC

So I have had this idea for a few years now about a murder mystery story.

2021-02-27 05:42:29 UTC

Where there is a series of unsolved homicides all around the country and they are all killed differently.

2021-02-27 05:42:45 UTC

So there is no way to connect them.

2021-02-27 05:43:49 UTC

The long and short of it is the killer works in a telephone call center where he takes orders for different catalogs etc.

2021-02-27 05:44:21 UTC

All his victims are people who were nasty to him on the phone and he kills them with what they ordered from him.

2021-02-27 05:45:18 UTC

...I really like that concept.

2021-02-27 05:45:38 UTC

I had a rude caller the other day and brought the idea back.

2021-02-27 05:46:00 UTC

Oh, so non-fiction? LOL

2021-02-27 05:46:05 UTC

LOL

2021-02-27 05:46:14 UTC

I will never tell

2021-02-27 05:47:52 UTC

I was trying to figure out how do you kill a guy using boxer briefs?

2021-02-27 05:50:58 UTC

Oh, there's choking, and strangulation, and suffocation, and cutting off circulation to major parts...

2021-02-27 05:55:12 UTC

Back in the day we took calls for a company that sold yard umbrellas and stuff like that

2021-02-27 05:55:46 UTC

I can see a scene where the guy is found with the umbrella up his ass and coming out his mouth.

2021-02-27 05:57:11 UTC

Down his throat, then opened.

2021-02-27 05:59:47 UTC

I would not male all the murders close together in time

2021-02-27 05:59:57 UTC

I would space them out between 10 to 15 years

2021-02-27 06:00:12 UTC

Because not everyone is that triggering

2021-02-27 06:00:29 UTC

And he would also have to take time off to fly to where the assholes were

2021-02-27 06:02:08 UTC

Working in a call center doesn't pay all that much.

2021-02-27 06:02:39 UTC

Always a summer vacation by bus. Or car.

2021-02-27 06:03:24 UTC

For exceptionally deserving people, the "My relative "died"."

2021-02-27 06:12:47 UTC

Right? But who many grandmas does he have ?
