@Quizzable what kinda name is that
I'm interested in getting into hunting but don't know any hunters so it's all a bit overwhelming. Where do I start?
Hunter's Ed. You have to take it in most states, and they really help get you educated as to that the laws and regulations are for hunting and fishing.
They have free courses online sometimes, other times you have to go in-person and there might be a small fee, but it usually is pretty reasonable. And the fee almost always is used directly for state-managed conservation projects that really help out hunters and fisherman.
fishermen*
Thats about the extent of the advice I can offer, I got my hunter's ed cert., but I never got the opportunity to hunt. I do fish quite a bit though.
Same most of the time its hard to go hunting because all the land is owned and its hard to get a lease and noone will add you to a lease
Thanks I'll look into it. Sorry I meant to add that I'm in Washington state.
assblaster fr. Where I live now (NOVA), we have a lot of public land that you can get certified to bow hunt on, because we have trouble with the deer over-populating, but I don't have an adequate bow set-up. If I stay here a few more years, I'll def get a bow, but rifle hunting is a no-go unless you have private land here. :/
wdfa.gov is gonna be a gold-mine for hunting laws and regulations
I advise you thuroughly read up on it.
If anyone ever questions what your doing, if you have read up on the official website, you can pull up any law or regulation pertaining to what your doing, and I kid you not you'll end arguments with SJW karens so frkn fast if u can do that.
Hm?
I'm Indian, I don't need to follow hunting laws so meh
Can't even tell you the number of times I have been fishing and had some nosy no-good douche tell me I can't fish in certain spot or ask if my bait is legal, etc, etc. <:KEK:795742276549607456> knowing your laws and regs, and being able to pull em up is critical.
lol, good on u
