that sounds dope, but I feel like it couldn't be named DOOM, as that has such strong connections to the slayer and the motives behind him and the "story" if you want to call it that. It would be a stark difference from the DOOM franchise, but the idea sounds amazing.

It be a grate story with intense scary gamplay as the remaining humans must fight the demons until the doom slayer can save them. Also Samuel Haden and a bunch of scientists have to find Hell artifacts to help the slayer on his journey.

I think the inclusion of Hayden would be cool, but I think it'd have to be named something a little bit different. DOOM makes me think of the Slayer, so maybe calling it DOOMED? or DOOM: Hell On Earth
Yes he's one of the ancient ones who gave doomguy his power in the first place. His body was destroyed 1000s of years ago and he had to make a new one in the form of a human with a fake name Samuel Haden eventually that body rapidly started to decay so he had the scientist at UAC build a robot body to put his brain in allowing him to continue his work.
Maybe DOOM:hells horde
But in the ancient gods DLC doomguy used a Makir artifact to give Samuel his old body back along with his magical powers.
Basically Samuel made doomguy into an avenging angel to wipe out Hells forces and save the Sentinel world
Basically he's Basically a more bad ass version of saint Gabriel and Saint Michael
He is an archangel
So I was playing around with some fallout 4 mods and stumbled upon one called wacky weapons workshop and I proceeded to create what can only be considered a Frankenstein's monster of a Mini gun
