oh yeah, we tried that.... there's a pastor here (not anglican) who runs an aquarium shop next to his ministry (get it, fishers of men... lol), and the rona saw his ministry shut down, so the congregation would stagger their visits and everyone started buying fish tanks / "aquariums".... it got shut down too

it's been ridiculously hard to find a minister willing to have mass outside of their little cathedral. in the meantime, Hillsong has been thriving with their online services, but the catholic and anglican churches in Australia will probably cease to exist here if it weren't for "culturally christian" middleclassholes wanting to use the catholic church to get their children in to a good private school
