Italian Italian Italian....I’ve been a chef in 2 upscale Italian Restaurants in the Chicagoland area since 2014. Grillmaster at heart but have many styles under my belt. I enjoy seeing so many people that enjoy the passions of creating in the culinary realm. I love making food as much as eating it. When I had my own restaurant I told people that I was paid n smiles. Once it hits your lips....I got Cha. Keep sharing. Maybe next week I will take some pictures of the line in the kitchen. Much fun.

I love/appreciate Italian cuisine
For me if the food is spicy then gimme
whoa... since when can you cook???? and where is my share?
I made Chicken Fajita Nachos today.. so glad to be back on regular food again !!!
What I did was pretty self explanatory. Just layer the Nachos and use the Broil setting to melt the cheese...
It’s easy... you got this!
I also made this simple pie to put out the “Nacho Flames” for dessert.
It’s the Cherry-0 recipe but I am using Peaches instead of Cherries. Feel free to use Strawberries or Blueberries whatever you prefer.
The Crust is store bought Graham Cracker...meh.
Now I top it with the Peaches and into the refrigerator .. this is pretty much a No Bake Cheesecake... simple and tasty.
Mmm🤤
Ok I’ve had my fill of Nachos it’s Pie:30 ...😋
Your nacho tray looks amazing!
I want to make kimchi but getting all the authentic Korean ingredients is not easy so I will substitute wit stuff at home xD
I know they use their own kind of chili but I have Chinese tobandjan at home. So I'll just use that. I also think they use fermented fish 🤨 I think I'll stick with fish sauce
Yeah I would stick to fish sauce... but I’ve never tried to make Kimchi at home.. I got an Asian Fusion restaurant I go to whenever I want Kimchi.
What if I make the Fullest Breakfast
Then it would be pretty full

> fried or grilled bacon, also referred to as "rashers" or "slices"
> sausages or sausage patties
> white pudding
> black pudding
> kidneys, grilled or fried
> potato, either sautéed or served as chips, potato waffles, potato bread, potato cake, hash browns or röstis
> bread, usually toasted or fried
> soda bread/soda farl (common in Ireland, and available in both white and brown varieties)
> pancakes (in the US)
> baked beans
> fried mushrooms
> fried, grilled, or tinned tomatoes
