she= ella, and I= yo, so for example to say "she listens to music"you would say "Ella escucha la música"and if you are using I, it would be "Yo escucho la música"

But like together like “She and I went to the store” or something like that?

that would be using nosotros, which is "we". So that sentence would translate to "Ella y yo vamos a la tienda"

yeah, if there are multiple people, and one of those people is "I", then it would be - amos, - imos, but if it is multiple and it just refers to "the students"or "they", then it would end in "an" and "en"
