Should I take French 2 or French 2 Honors

For Freshman year

I have no fuckin clue

do French 2. Honors classes don't really add much, they just lower your gpa and raise your stress.

Honestly I would shoot for the moon and take French 2 Honors. I consider school my “job” rn, my biggest responsibility, so I always try to take the most advanced classes. That can be difficult ofc, I’m going to into my freshman year too and I’m taking all the most challenging classes and picking some fun electives that should be easier, but if you struggle with time or stress management, then I would do French 2. I had to learn to manage my time a lot when I was younger and learn that getting a B was ok and not the end of the world. If you’re the same way I would just go for it. The honors class will have more work but I think that will only help you to learn the material, the same way homework assignments reinforce what you learn in class. Anyway, that’s my take on it. I think a lot of it depends on how well you can manage your time.

I think I’ll do Honors. I can always drop down the next year if it’s too difficult

Also I think freshman year is a good time to take the most challenging classes offered so then in your later years you can ease it up if you have to. You just can’t jump onto the fastest track later usually.
