the amish people visited the school for an event of sorts to teach the kids
yeah
My wife and I are planning on making as much stuff ourselves as we can when we get our new place
honestly
it’s the way to stay healthy
good pass time too
Yeah, and I like helping my wife in the kitchen sometimes, plus it's cheaper in the long run
most of the food i eat i buy the ingredients from the supermarket and prepare them at home
a lot cheaper
Trueofinternationaldepresser- Joe Biden
That's what we're kinda doing now, although with our current situation it isn't the easiest thing to do
that’s true
i grow roses and other plants too
i have some berry bushes too
We're hoping to be able to get a little garden together, at the very least to grow some herbs and spices
it just calms the mind
my girl likes to read a lot so i’ll dry a rose ever so often and put it in the next chapter of the book
just as a reminder of our love
and gardens are literally the best thing you can do for your house imo
they’re so peaceful
Oh see I just slap my wife on the butt and just go "I have strong feelings for you." and it seems to work out
lmao yeah
you ever put a telescope up and searched through the night for stuff ?
She's not really into flowers though, but she'd be really happy if I was growing her some spices and stuff
to each their own
No, we don't need a telescope out here. Skies are clear, we can see everything. I do have an app that tells you what you're looking at though
sky’s are clear 9 times out of 10 here but i still find it to be fun
you can see super up close
Something we might do when we have our own place, but that's also more of a summer time activity for her. She gets cold pretty fast lol
ah
it gets cold here at night too
it’s sort of a desert climate
super hot in the day
pretty cold in the night
if it rains at night there’s a good chance it’ll snow
We're on a peninsula basically right by the Chesapeake bay, so this time of year it gets pretty cold and windy
I’m in Washington
just off Fairchild A.F.B.
I'm guessing it's cloudy most of the year there?
over on the western side of washington yes
the western side is what people normally think of when they think washington
