There is no difference in the practical sense, both female and male brains operate the same and are capable of the exact same things but due to the different biology of men and women there are different sizes in sex hormone receptors, afterall we do have different sex hormones at the end of the day. Whilst our brains are almost the same they have differences correlating to our basic reproductive systems, none of which affect our cognitive functions

"superstraight" is a way to say your sexual preferences only include those who are superficially, mentally, and genetically of the opposing binary gender, and that you do not want to have sex with people who are of any other genders than that ONE gender.
