But for 28-year-old Spartan Pudge, aka Sebastian, it's the day when he cuts his calorie intake down to just 2,500.
The data analyst has deliberately gained 12 stone in fat by eating 5,000 calories a day - and he says he won't stop until he weighs a quarter of a US ton - the same as a giant grizzly bear.
His record intake is 11,000 calories, which he did on June 20 during lockdown, when he consumed during a day-long marathon of binge-eating junk food like crisps, burgers, and sweets.
