I make some pretty good pancakes and french toast tbh

I've been trying to cut down on carbs and breakfast, so I haven' thad them in a while either

Ive been focusing on big proteins and calories so Ive been eating a lot of beans and stuff

protein is good

I mainly eats meats and protein shakes

i was on keto for a while

but I'm doing intermitant fasting

God, I wish I could cut calories.
Eating alot is so much harder than not eating

Fasting is pretty hard, but it's a lot better than just calorie cutting
